Christina Anderson LMT

Certified Provider ART

Owner Rebalance Massage Therapy

I'm Christina, owner of Rebalance Massage Therapy, with a mission to help rebalance people who push their bodies to the extreme. Whether you're an athlete who needs to get back in your game faster, or a mom who wants to pick up your child pain free, Rebalance can help.

Rebalance Massage serves those who suffer from muscular injuries and strains, muscle imbalances, overuse and postural issues. Correcting these issues will help prevent future injuries and improve the efficiency of muscles to enhance your performance, and dailly activities.

In a society that is so quick to recommend drugs and surgery, I feel that my practice can help you obtain homeostasis in a less intrusive, more natural way. Whether you are suffering from Carpel Tunnel, Sciatica, or a pulled hamstring, my methods will help rebalance you.

"All of my clients are blessings to me; for the opportunity to relieve your pain, your stress. For reminding me of how intricate and amazing the human body is put together, and of the power we have to heal through our touch and energy."

He employs combinations of long and gentle strokes to relax agitated muscle groups, and then firm and focused pressure to loosen muscle knots or adhesions that may be interfering with posture and comfort.

Massage is a relaxing way to maintain the integrity of our physical bodies, while strengthening our relationship with and understanding of ourselves; Luke is excited for the opportunity to help with both.
